Apartments:

How much deposit do I have to pay to make a booking?
This depends on what time of year you are visiting. Please see our Booking Terms and Conditions on our Terms of Use page.

- Do I have to bring my own linen?
No, linen and towels are supplied. In our 1 bedroom apartments we supply two bath towels and in our 2 bedroom apartments we supply four bath towels.

- Is the apartment serviced daily?
No, The apartments are serviced mid-stay when booking for 8 days or more. Additional servicing is available for a fee.

- Are all the apartments Air Conditioned / Heated?
Yes, all the apartments have an reverse cycle air conditioner only in the living area. There are fans in all bedrooms.

- Disabled Facilities
Unfortunately the building was not designed with disabled facilities. We do not have any apartments specifically for disabled guests however all our apartments are accessible by lift.

- TV What foxtel channels do you offer?
We offer Foxtel IQ with 80 plus channels, movies on demand and chrome cast streaming. 

- Do you provide amenities?
On arrival you will have in your apartment: 2 toilet paper roll, 1 sachet of laundry liquid, 1 sachet of dishwasher powder, 1 sachet of washing up liquid and a limited supply of shampoos and soaps as well as teas, coffees, sugar and milk. This is what we call our 'welcome package' as we are a self-contained apartment complex, not a hotel. Replacements are available from reception for $1 per item, or you can easily top up from local supermarkets.

- Can we arrange for an extra person to stay in the apartment?
You may have one extra person in the apartment at a charge of $20 per night – a rollaway bed & linen is provided. This needs to be arranged with reception prior to arrival due to the limited amount of rollaway beds.


Bookings & Check-ins:

- Is reception open 24 hours?
No, but we have a 24 hour answering service for our guests and enquiries. We also have an on-site manager on call 24 hours a day for emergencies.

- What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is 2pm, check-out is 10am.

- How do we check in after the reception has closed?
We have an after-hour procedure for late arrivals. There is a secure box where we will put your keys and room information. Please contact reception to advise your estimated arrival time and our friendly staff will assist you.

- What happens if we arrive before check in time?
You are welcome to park your car in our car park (or leave any luggage with us at reception) and take advantage of our facilities or local eateries while you wait for your room. Reception will contact you by text if your room is ready before 2pm.

- Can I arrange for a late check-out or early check-in?
Yes, Charges may apply and must be approved by reception.

- Is a security bond required?
No, Instead we require a non-refundable deposit, a scanned copy of your valid drivers licence on check-in and only accept your valid credit card if it has the same name as your licence. 

- If we can’t see the dates or apartment type we are looking for online is it definitely not available?
Not necessarily, for various reasons it is not always possible to have every combination of offer online – please give us a call, we may be able to move something around and meet your request. Specific unit numbers can only be guaranteed on stays of 8 nights or more. 

- Do you handle group bookings and would a discount rate apply?
We offer discounts for group bookings. Contact reception directly to discuss group bookings.

Location:

- Is Mooloolaba beach suitable for kids?
Yes, Mooloolaba patrolled beach is one of the safest in Australia as it is situated in a bay.  The beach is located 2 minutes walk in front of the resort and is patrolled by life savers all year round.

- What are the nearest Airports to Caribbean Resort?
The Sunshine Coast Airport is only 20mins by car and Brisbane Airport is 1hour by car.

- How close is the shopping?
Less than 1 minute's walk away, the Mooloolaba Esplanade has dozens of boutiques, restaurants and cafes to keep you busy. One of Queensland’s largest shopping centres, Sunshine Plaza is only 10 minutes drive away with over 220 speciality stores, dining and cinemas.

- What restaurants are nearby?
Less than 1 minutes walk away, there are over 50 restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs. The Mooloolaba Surf Club and Mooloolaba Bowls Club which offer great club meals and discount. The Maroochydore RSL has a fantastic kid's club and the Alex Surf Club is also nearby, both clubs offering courtesy buses. 

- Is there public transport?
Yes, The local bus service stops conveniently around the corner on Venning St, Mooloolaba. Translink bus service timetable


Facilities:

- Are cots & high chairs available?
Yes we can arrange hire of cots, highchairs and buggies. Portacot is $35/stay, Highchair is $15/stay. This needs to be arranged with reception prior to arrival due to the limited amount of hire equipment.

- Is parking included and what is the height clearance of the car park?
Our basement car park is free of charge for all guests and has a maximum height of 2.10m. Some areas in the upper basement are under 2.m and are signed. For higher vehicles, there is on council paid parking across the street. 

- What if we have more than one car?
In most cases we are able to provide parking for a second vehicle in our basement carpark. Please contact reception prior to arrival to reserve a second space as spaces are limited. 

- Is there WiFi in the resort?
Yes, we have free WiFi for all guests.

- Are beach towels available for hire?
Yes, $5 per towel for your stay.

- What equipment is in the gym?
Our gym has been recently refurbished with new equipment including: treadmill, cable multi-function machine, cross trainer, fluid rower, sit-up bench and a cycle machine, open from 7am - 9pm daily. Gym Towels are available at reception in reception hours.
