CHECK IN AND YOU’RE GOOD TO GO!
We’re using the new Check In Qld app to help keep everyone COVID safe.
Check In Qld is easy to use. All you need to do is:
  • visit www.covid19.qld.gov.au/check-in-qld for links to download the app from Google Play or Apple App stores
  • Fill in your details once when you first open the app
  • open the app when you visit us
  • scan our QR code or enter the unique pin for this venue
Your security is our priority
The Check In Qld app is safe, secure and private. Your details will be stored securely by the Queensland Government for 56 days to assist with contact tracing (if required).
If you don’t have a smartphone or in the event of technology or internet outages, there are other ways we will record your information.

You can cancel at any time with no charge up until the day before arrival. Please read through and be ready to answer this questionnaire on arrival.

Deposit Policy:

A $200 deposit will be taken if the booking is for the low season and a $500 deposit will be taken if the booking is during Mid/High seasons. The remainder of the booking is to be paid on arrival.

Mid & High Seasons Dates:  01/04/2021- 19/04/2021 (Easter School Holidays)

                                              12/09/202- 15/09/2021 (Ironman Comp)

                                              17/09/2021- 04/10/2021 (September School Holidays)

                                              19/12/2021-29/01/2021 December School Holidays)

                                              12/03/2021 – 15/03/2021 (Triathlon

  • If you are unsure if you have made your booking during Low, Mid, or High Season, please email us.
  • If a deposit payment is unable to be processed from your card, we will email you as we cannot hold a booking without a deposit.
  • In the case that the booking is a 'no-show' 100% of the booking price will be taken.

Cancellation Policy:

If your booking is canceled a full refund of the deposit will be made if 14-days’ notice is given for low season and 30-days’ notice in mid/high.

Cancellations inside these periods will forfeit the deposit paid unless the apartment is re-let for the same period and price. If accommodation is re-let the deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 administration fee.

  • If you are paying the balance of your reservation on check-in, card payments must be processed with your PIN number.
  • Once the guest is checked in and has stayed any amount of nights from their confirmed booking and the guest departs earlier than the date of confirmed check out, there is no refund made.

Please note that this resort has a strict 'No Party Policy' and 'No Schoolies Policy'. Photo ID and Car Registration are required upon check-in.  During the Australia day weekend, Schoolies week, and Large sporting events we require an AUD $500 credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit upon check in to cover any incidental charges. The hold for American Express users drops within 7 business days after departure, for Visa card users the pre-authorization drops within 7-14 business days after departure, and for MasterCard users the pre-authorization drops within 30 business days after departure.
